My Mac isn't working in my home office. The only thing that is affected is emails. If any client has emailed me something within the last 7 days...please email me again, or at least check in. Its hard to pin point what I have on my home Mac and what I have the studio computer...or even my iphone.
For the most part, I do believe everyone is taken care of, but just in case...if we were solidifying an appointment date, sent an order, or a ship to address...please check in. audrey@alwphotography.com

Yes, I realize I've been quiet! Lots going on here. I returned back to work 2 weeks ago, and things have been in full swing. We have some construction going on at the loft, lots of great clients I've seen since I've been back...and we are gearing up for our first workshop this year!
Had this SUPER cute baby recently. This session was mainly for him, but he has a super cute two year old brother as well. Their mom is a sweetheart, and I am glad we were able to connect for this session.
So enough chatter... here is baby N...isn't he adorable!?

I thought I would share some images from a commercial shoot I did in December for some hospitals. The babies were just so cute that I had to show them.(..and some of their parents sent me some of the nicest notes too! :-)
The day of the shoot was VERY gloomy..so the babies definitely brightened up the day!

Who am I? I am a photographer that is based out of Chicago. I use natural light with all my portrait and commercial sessions 100% of the time. I have a natural light studio in Downtown Chicago that is 2100sq. Although I have a studio, I still do the majority of my sessions on location, and enjoy them very much! I specialize in Children's portraiture. That is what I love, and do best. Eventhough I do commercial children's work, my main focus is children's portraits. I am also available for travel out of state as well. We are open Sun - Weds 9:30am - 3pm. We are closed Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We are typically booked 4-6 weeks in advance....which increases during the months of July - October.
For Photographers -
Periodically, I give workshops throughout the year. I usually total about 4-5 a year. They are always held at my Chicago loft. They cover natural light, and the business/marketing of photography. If you are interested in finding out the latest details, please email me at audrey@alwphotography.com
Normally, I do not travel out of state for workshops. I will consider this for certain locations such as California, Florida (Ft.Lauderdale area), Atlanta, and Texas (DFW area), as well as London, UK. If you are interested in having me come to that area, I would need a minimum of 12 participants. The person facilitating the workshop will have complimentary place in the workshop.
Mentoring...
Phone consultations - $200/hr We can talk about whatever it is you want to discuss. Photographic technique, business/marketing, etc.
Mentoring - $375/2 days. We can get indepth with portfolio reviews, step by step editing, photographic techniques, business marketing questions...etc.

These 3 boys were a riot. They were all over the place in the loft. The mom eventually said she had to leave because she couldn't watch! Well...that is my house...so these cuties didn't phase me!
