Im super excited about WPPI this year! This year I am going to talk about natural light photography on location. I know last year we had that whole mishap with my Platform class filling up to capacity within minutes. I also heard much later that there were a lot of upset people that were outside the door, and even more upset people that were asked to leave by the Fire Marshalls.
In my perfect world... I would rather have a small MasterClass that is limited to a small portion of people. However... just due to a lot of things that are out of my hands....that isn't possible. SOOOOOO...
The good news is that they have me in a super large room. I was told it will hold about 900+ ppl. The downside is... how personable can THAT be!?? So.. although I have the core of my program already prepared, I thought I would find out from those that are planning to attend.. what questions do you have? Problems you encounter? New things that you hope to learn?
My number one goal is to make sure that no one leaves with a question. One thing I learned from teaching workshops is that there are some things that might be completely obvious to me, or things that I don't feel make a difference in the final outcome of a picture......are a big deal to others.
So if you have questions.. post them here, and I will make SURE I cover them. Or you can always email me @ audrey@alwphotography.com
Now you know I can't post without a picture.. so here are some cuties I had in late November before I closed for the year. Their eyes were to die for!!
ETA - thanks for the questions posted below and to those that emailed me! Robin - it was great meeting you too! I will definitely show some before after shots.. for sure! |

Just a quick note...
I haven't forgotten about my blog! Just a tad bit buried here, but I vowed that I would at least post a picture everyday or every other day! I will be hopefully posting more later today.
Quick note...
Weekend mornings are booked for the rest of the year. I might be able to squeeze in older toddlers/children in the afternoon. Babies are simply better in the morning. If you have a very early riser (...around 8am...not 5am!) we might be able to work something out for a Loft session only...if I am scheduled to be in the loft.
Ok...can't post without a picture. This is an adorable 2-yr old I had recently!
Until Next Time...

I know that I am a blue eyed kid magnet...which is funny since all of my kids have brown eyes!
When I met this little one, the first thing I thought was that he ranked right up there with some of the "bluest" eyes that I've ever seen. He was super cute, and probably to his parents surpise...he loved me! He had such a contagious smile...and I had him smiling and laughing the entire time. Nothing spells a success session more to me than when the parent can just sit back and watch!

I've been photographing this little 4yo since her Mommy was pregnant with her. So to see her grow up each year is such a treat! We had fun with hats at her session. I am often asked if I bring hats to clients houses... the answer is nope! Clients usually purchase a TON of hats for their session...and I am like a kid in a candy store!

Until Next Time... (btw... Learnfest picture recap coming soon!! Im on it!)

Im made it back to the studio today, and it was a full time job just sifting through email! *whew* If you sent me an email last week, and you haven't received a response, there is a huge chance that I might have missed it unfortunately. Please resend it!
Because I can't post without a picture, here is a little 6 month cutie that I photographed recently. I want to say he is gorgeous, but since he is a boy...I will stick with cutie! haha!!
Until next time...
